This role is crucial within the internal design team, responsible for converting architectural ideas into stunning visual displays. The role emphasizes producing top-notch pre-concept and visionary design kits, vital for steering project creativity and progress. The chosen 3D Modeler/Design Draftsman will portray design concepts through detailed 3D models and drafts.

Responsibilities:

- Work hand-in-hand with architects, master planners, and design squads to grasp project goals and design vision.

- Transform architectural blueprints and ideas into detailed and lifelike 3D models and drafts.

- Use deep knowledge of detailing, space management, and ratios to enhance model realism.

- Employ a variety of digital resources, notably Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, and similar software for superior visuals.

- Ensure visuals meet set design principles, project goals, and quality metrics.

- Refine designs based on team and leadership feedback for accuracy.

- Stay current with the latest in architectural visualization trends and tools.

- Promote effective teamwork within a diverse group, ensuring timely project outcomes.

- Organize files methodically for streamlined access and collaboration.

- Assist in preparing materials for client presentations, stakeholder talks, and marketing.

- Streamline the visualization processes within the design team.

Requirements

- Ideally, a Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related.

- 5-7 years solid experience in the design sector.

- At least 2 years of experience in the UAE/GCC area (compulsory).

- Proven track as a 3D Modeler/Design Draftsman with a versatile portfolio of architectural visualizations and design drafts.

- Expertise in software like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.

- A good understanding of architectural design principles.

- An impeccable eye for detail, scale, and ratio.

- Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.

- Capability to handle multiple duties in a dynamic setting.

- Innovative problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of real-time rendering and VR visualization tech.

- Skills in 2D visualization tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Background in architectural or interior design, understanding comprehensive design workflows.

- Awareness of animation and motion graphics methods.
