The Role
Job Summary: A Senior 3D Designer plays a crucial role in our event agency by creating stunning and immersive 3D visualizations and designs that bring events to life. The work involves conceptualizing, designing, and rendering 3D models and animations to help clients and event planners visualize the event space, stage setups, d\xc3\xa9cor, and overall ambiance. Key responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the events team and the Creative Director to understand their vision and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create 3D models and renderings of event spaces, stage setups, booth designs, and decorative elements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop creative and visually compelling designs that align with the event\'s theme, brand identity, and client expectations. Software Proficiency: \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize 3D modelling software and rendering tools to produce high-quality visual representations (3DS Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop). \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on the latest software and technology trends in 3D design and modelling. Collaboration: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the different creative team, event planners, and production crew to ensure the feasibility and practicality of the designs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input. Presentation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Address client feedback and make necessary revisions to the designs. Technical Expertise: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that 3D designs comply with safety regulations and technical specifications, such as load-bearing capacities, electrical requirements, and structural stability. Project Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets. Documentation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain detailed records of design specifications, revisions, and client communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide accurate and comprehensive design documentation for event production.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 +5 years experience in 3D design, particularly in the event, spatial and exhibition industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in 3D modeling software (3D Max, Autocad), rendering tools, and graphic design software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of event production logistics and technical requirements is a plus.
