- Partner with architects and designers to grasp design goals.

- Craft realistic 3D renderings from architectural plans and concepts.

- Produce both interior and exterior visualizations that express design visions.

- Elevate renderings with expertise in lighting, color, and composition.

- Utilize software like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to generate quality visuals.

- Ensure visuals adhere to design guidelines and project objectives.

- Refine visuals based on input, maintaining precision and quality.

- Stay current with industry advancements to enhance capabilities.

- Team up with diverse colleagues to meet project timelines.

- Manage files efficiently for smooth access and collaboration.

- Support in creating materials for client presentations and promotions.

- Streamline and optimize visualization methods within the team.

- Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

- Preferred degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or similar.

- 5-7 years\' experience in the design sector.

- Mandatory 2+ years\' experience in the UAE/GCC region.

- Proven track as a 3D Visualization Artist with a diverse portfolio.

- Skilled in software like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.

- Familiarity with real-time rendering and VR visualization is a plus.
