We are seeking a highly qualified specialist in supporting students with additional needs. An undergraduate degree in Special Education or equivalent is essential, with a post graduate specialism in working with bi-lingual learners or behaviour support is desirable. We will prioritize candidates who are bi-lingual in English and Arabic. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. Al Salam is a large cycle 1 school, serving approximately 1600 students from our local community aged between 6 and 11 years. We are building a team of dedicated and resilient teachers who are committed to the long term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals. The projected growth of the Taaleem Branch Charter School Project will offer a broad range of opportunities in the coming years.
