Support students with special educational needs through individualized strategies.
Develop and implement IEPs (Individual Education Plans).
Collaborate with teachers to differentiate instruction in mainstream classrooms.
Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation.
Communicate regularly with parents and relevant specialists.
Ensure compliance with UAE Inclusion Framework and school policies.
Conduct assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or Inclusion (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEN Teacher in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
MoE approval is required.
Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and UAE guidelines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
