Job Summary: As a Self Service Options Consultant, you will work across various functional business units to achieve parts objectives and work with global partners along with districts, dealers and customers to implement parts marketing activities and drive parts growth. You will be working as an individual contributor who has established expertise in a specific marketing field related to parts and service, covering the EAME region. You will lead research and provide expertise in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. The projects and assignments you will be handling are complex and strategic in nature.

What you will do: Lead teams and training for specific projects and/or purpose. Mentor team members within broader Parts & Service organization. Drive Promotional Strategy/coordination. Delivering new products and programs globally or regionally. Developing, Coordinating and Presenting Training materials to various audiences. Works along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division. Forecasting/Business Planning. Competitive Analysis; Segmenting, targeting and positioning market opportunities to gain market share. Managing Parts Variance. Partner with industry groups to align strategies.

What you have: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization Knowledge of dealer aftermarket operations. Technical background and/or technical knowledge.
