Job Summary:
The Roastmaster and Barista is a unique role that encompasses all aspects of coffee for Red Circle Coffee. He will be responsible for coffee sourcing, purchasing, cupping, quality control, packaged product compliance, and education of both team members and customers on best coffee roasting, extraction and service practices. The job requires the accurate inventory management of green beans as well as roasted coffee for use in all Ignite establishments. They are responsible for refining and continuously improving our coffee and Coffeehouse programs as well as the function and growth of the coffee-based teams responsible for all aspects of coffee service and delivery.

In addition, in conjunction with Sales & Marketing, the role shapes and drives all external sales including retail, slot-roasting programs, wholesale and white label contracts. Hi is also, required for cross- divisional support for the Brewing, Hospitality, Marketing and Sales Divisions and other coffee-related activities.
