Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under minimal supervision, performs detailed and cost-effective Project/Pre-Sales Engineering for all areas of Security Solutions Lead design supervisor during the draft of detailed technical designs of all areas of security projects, based on specific client project requirements, making expert recommendations related to customer desires. Supervise Installation, configuration and testing of all equipment for Security System Supervise industry standard testing of the system. Manage post-sales support issues with clients, maintaining client confidentiality. Troubleshoot issues with manufacturer TAC/support staff regarding deep product issues. Provides engineering support for issues during all phases of customer projects, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation support Manages relationships with multiple industry vendors and equipment providers at all levels Understands and excels at commissioning systems Responsible for developing and maintaining written procedures related to all areas of responsibility for the position Supervises Engineers and Technicians during design and implementation as required by specific projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS from accredited university in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of?relevant experience in multiple areas of security including Engineering and Commissioning Knowledge in CCTV Design under MOI is a must Site Survey and project with reporting experience Experience with MOI meetings for CCTV design is a must Relevant ceritifcation of any physical security organization (e.g. ASIS PSP, IPVM) is a plus
