Train the airport\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders and direct staff in Aviation security matters, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Create training content to support operational requirements ad hoc, in the format of TBT Tool Box Talk, and QRG Quick Reference Guide.
Deliver Webinars, and briefing sessions to the airport\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders as part of the airport\xe2\x80\x99s Security Culture Campaign, with the objective to strengthen positive security behaviors.
Conduct Basic Aviation Security course to new hire employees, in order to create awareness in AVSEC.
Maintain updated the library of real-life cases of threat against civil aviation, that are utilized across regulatory courses, in order to provide a diverse set of examples in the training programs.
Ensure compliance of the airport\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders with GSAT General Security Awareness Training, by monitoring scheduled sessions, check standards and provide feedback to the facilitators.
Provide complete data of the training delivered to third party contractor, to the training administrator; in order to ensure that all auditable training records are kept up to date.
Conduct On The Job training evaluations to new AVSEC instructors, to complete the certification process of the that staff, prior to requesting the accreditation of QCAA.
Participate in workshops and meetings related to the development of new training content, in order to contribute to with his/her knowledge and experience to deliver a successful product.
Monitor performance of the screeners, by analyzing reports from the Computer Based Training tool used by the Airport\xe2\x80\x99s Security Department.
Support the Security Training Specialist, by contributing to the development of new training content or to upgrade the existing content, related to new SOPs Standard Operating Procedures.
Conduct on site visit, to collect visual training material, in order to support the development of posters and training guides for instructors and participants.
Qualifications About you:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil aviation.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil aviation security.
Produce evidence that he/she has completed a course of instructional techniques from an organization such as ICAO, IATA or a Civil Aviation Regulator.
Detailed knowledge in airport/airline security operations including international regulations
English Language at Proficiency level.
Ability to conduct training activity in line with ICAO best practice
Strong report writing skills
Sound working knowledge of MS OFFICE applications (Excel, Power Point and Word)
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate recommendations for root causes.
