Security TrainerJob Responsibilities
:Provide effective training to the security students as per the syllabus and course meterials
Check all equipment is working in the classroom at the start of each day.
Check all requirements for the day's teaching are in place at least 30 minutes prior to students arriving in the classroom.
Ensure that all necessary training forms e.g. attendance sheets are filed up properly and submitted in a timely manner.
Communicate the training materials to students effectively, creatively, and innovatively.
Manages the class and immediately acts and resolves students' issues and concerns in accordance with NSI policies, procedures, and rules.
Provide a written report regarding any classroom/student issues.
Attend a weekly meeting with the Instructor Supervisor/Manager to discuss issues that have arisen over the week.
Ensure that all health and safety models are delivered on time.
Explain health and safety to the trainees in an innovative and creative manner.
Manage and implement procedures and processes in all aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Training Section.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head / Direct supervisor.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Military/Police: 5 years (Required) Teaching: 3 years (Required)
