Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Systems Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gate barriers, access control systems, CCTV, and ICT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain gate barriers, access control systems, CCTV cameras, and ICT components. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions. Keep abreast of industry advancements and recommend system upgrades to enhance security measures. Provide training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of security systems. Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. Qualifications: Proven experience in installing and maintaining gate barriers, access control systems, CCTV, and ICT infrastructure. Technical proficiency in relevant systems and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
