Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and site visits. Identify potential clients in target markets and complete appropriate research on their business needs. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Solution Selling:

Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored ANPR, CCTV, and Access Control solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations. Collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to sales. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and provide after-sales support coordination.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE security sector. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Proven Sales Experience:

Minimum [e.g., 3-5] years of direct sales experience specifically within the security systems industry (ANPR, CCTV, Access Control) in the UAE.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of ANPR, IP & Analog CCTV systems (cameras, VMS, storage), and Access Control systems (readers, controllers, software).

Market Knowledge:

Demonstrable experience and understanding of the UAE market dynamics, key players, and customer requirements in the security sector.

UAE Driving License:

Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel frequently across the Emirates.

Sales Skills:

Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication (written and verbal in English), and closing skills.

Results-Oriented:

Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

IT Proficiency:

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written). Existing network of contacts within relevant industries (e.g., construction, government, hospitality, retail, real estate) in the UAE. Technical certifications related to major CCTV, Access Control, or ANPR brands.
