As Security Supervisor, we rely on you to:
- Supervise security and safety activities of Security staff to ensure efficient discharge of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards, policies and procedures.
- Supervise the implementation of the systems, movement control of packages, materials, and property into and out of the hotel.
- Act as Training Officer and Coordinator of the Department.
- Attend or engage to female guests on matters that require intervention of Security personnel
- Responds to Emergency Calls in accordance with specified procedures and roles for members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Preferably with hotel security or similar background and with valid Security permit card
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Excellent presenter and communicator
- Thinks outside of the box
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
