Key Responsibilities
Assist in directing and coordinating all activities of personnel responsible for securing resort property, guests, and hosts
Conduct patrols within and around the resort, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Supervise outsourced uniformed guards, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to resort standards
Act as the representative of the Safety/Security Manager during the shift, including handling emergency cases
Coordinate closely with other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and hosts
Identify safety or security weaknesses and recommend improvements
Review and verify accuracy of shift-end security reports
Inform the Safety/Security Manager of incidents, risks, or operational concerns
Ideal Profile
Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a similar luxury hotel security role
Strong understanding of safety, security, and emergency procedures
Experience supervising outsourced or internal security teams
Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
Fluency in English
