Job Summary: Looking for a Security Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The jobholder will be required to oversee the facility security to protect all company assets, manage and implement security protocols in the company

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have at least 2 years of experience managing or supervising security operations or in a security role
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures as well as regulations
Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities especially in high-pressure situations
Excellent supervisory skills required
Strong knowledge of security protocol and procedures
Must be able to handle prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Should be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
Proficiency in using security systems and technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with clients, employees as well as law enforcement agencies
Male candidates are required
