We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a Security Supervisor at RHG Hotel Group, you bring a heightened sense of vigilance, a commitment to ensuring safety and security, and a dedication to maintaining a secure environment for our guests and staff. Your role in our dynamic security team demands a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle security protocols with utmost professionalism.

• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Responsible in informing the Security Manager regarding any untoward incidents occurred in the Hotel.
• Responsible for monitoring the security officers to check all persons entering through staff and receiving area, issued with contractor and visitor's passes as appropriate for people performing works within the hotel premises.
• Responsible for monitoring the security officers to check all employees' belongings while exiting the hotel premises.
• To monitor incoming and outgoing items, follow-up with concerned departments for return of hotel property covered with outgoing passes.
• To control all cars and vehicles of suppliers and visitors who are using the receiving area parking.
• To monitor the security officers in order to prevent outsiders from passing through receiving area without having any business related transactions with the hotel after business hours.
• Responsible in maintaining safety and security in the parking area by reporting to duty supervisor /manager any suspicious activities or vehicles.
• To direct and control traffic at main lobby entrance and advice drivers to leave after drop off.
• To control and monitor the smooth flow of guests and members in the pool and beach area and prevent non-members or unauthorized person from entering the area.
• In the event of any private function at the hotel outlet or pool / beach area, to ensure that sufficient security personnel are assigned to monitor smooth operations and guest safety.
• To make random patrol within area of responsibility and challenge unauthorized person found in the restricted area.
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out other reasonable requests and responsibilities as assigned, including redeployment to alternative department / areas if required to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety & security beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Russian Language Skills is an added advantage but not essential
