Job Description

We are currently hiring a
Patrolling Supervisor
to oversee and ensure the safety and security of designated premises through regular patrols and supervision of on-site security staff.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises, equipment, and access points. Supervise on-duty guards and ensure they are performing assigned tasks effectively. Report and respond to incidents, emergencies, or any suspicious activities. Maintain daily logs and incident reports. Ensure compliance with site-specific security procedures. Coordinate with management for deployment and shift scheduling. Act as a point of contact between guards and company operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security or facility management role. Strong observational and leadership skills. Valid SIRA certificate (preferred). Good communication and reporting skills. Willing to work in rotational shifts. Must be physically fit and alert.
