We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, guests, and assets.

• Oversee and manage the security team, providing leadership, guidance, and training
• Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and documentation
• Conduct investigations into security breaches or suspicious activities
• Manage the scheduling and deployment of security personnel
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels
• Demonstrated crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in operating and managing security systems and technologies
• Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergencies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a safe environment
• Experience in luxury and upscale segments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with local security laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Valid security license (if required by local regulations)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
