Key Responsibilities of the Security Supervisor: \xc2\xb7 Supervise and provide guidance to the hotel security team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Requirements of the Security Supervisor:

\xc2\xb7 Arabic Speaker and locally available candidate preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarms.
