: As a Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating security activities to safeguard our facilities and personnel. - Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols to protect company property, assets, and personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols to assess security vulnerabilities and address potential risks.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and shift activities.
- Conduct regular training sessions for security staff on emergency response, first aid, and other relevant topics.
- Ensure that security equipment, such as cameras and alarms, is properly maintained and operational.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technologies.
