:
- The Security Supervisor is responsible to ensure a safe and secure environment for both the external as well as the internal guest, to protect and safeguard their belongings and all Hotel Assets.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all hotels related services and products, have the ability to make recommendations to hotel guests.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
- Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all Hotel rules and UAE legal requirements.
- Respond to accidents, contact Emergency and Medical Services or administer first aid/CPR as required.
- To handle investigation and make unbiased incident report on all claims involving thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from either guests, visitors or Associates to the Management.
- To be alert on potential safety and security hazards in the hotel, suggest remedies and follow up on rectifications.
- To conduct daily shift briefing to security officers on all events and special attention that is needed. Also, to train the team to ensure they follow the Hotel policies and Procedures.
- Execution of Evacuation and Emergency response plans.
- Security Supervisor SIRA Certified.
- Fire Safety & First AID CPR certified.
- Similar Experience as Security Supervisor in 04 or 05 star hotel.
- Strong Personality..
- Problem solving
- Monitor CCTV & Alarm System.
