Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Auriz Refinery premises, employees, visitors, assets, and materials. The role involves access control, monitoring, patrol duties, incident reporting, and coordination with management to maintain a secure and compliant industrial environment in line with Kayzan Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

Control access to the refinery premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the facility. Verify employee IDs, visitor passes, and vehicle permits. Maintain accurate records of visitor entries, exits, and material movement. Conduct regular patrols of the refinery to monitor suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches. Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment. Prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and loss of company property. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Coordinate with HSE, operations teams, and emergency responders when required. Enforce company rules, security procedures, and refinery safety protocols. Report incidents, irregularities, and safety concerns to supervisors and management. Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and drills as per refinery emergency response plans. Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements

High school certificate or equivalent. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a Security Officer, preferably in

industrial, refinery, factory, or warehouse environments

. Knowledge of access control procedures and CCTV monitoring. Basic understanding of safety and emergency response procedures. Physically fit and able to stand, patrol, and work in shifts. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid UAE security training or SIRA certificate (preferred, if applicable).

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
