Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with UAE regulations and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of observations. Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and support root cause analysis. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for site teams. Ensure proper use of PPE, safe work practices, and emergency preparedness. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on HSE matters. Maintain documentation including permits, safety records, checklists, and compliance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of HSE experience, ideally within facilities management, construction, or related industries. SIRA certification (mandatory). Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, local authority requirements, and best practices. Strong communication, reporting, and observation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple site assignments. Proficiency in MS Office.
