Job Description

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Provide assistance to staff, visitors, and the public in a courteous manner. Write and submit reports of daily surveillance activity and irregularities. Conduct security checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper functioning. Detain violators when necessary and alert authorities (e.g., police or fire department) in emergencies. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security. Assist in evacuations, fire drills, and emergency response protocols. Valid security license (as required by state/country law). Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety. Familiarity with report writing. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
