Security Officers

to join our team. Candidates with a

valid SIRA or PSBD license are preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Access Control & Monitoring

Monitor and control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and contractors. Verify identity cards, permits, and authorization documents before granting access. Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
2. Patrolling & Surveillance

Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of all assigned areas. Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems for suspicious activities. Report safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
3. Incident Response

Respond quickly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Complete detailed incident reports and submit them to the Security Supervisor. Assist local authorities in investigations when required.
4. Customer Service

Provide assistance and directions to tenants, visitors, and guests. Maintain a professional, courteous, and approachable attitude at all times.
5. Regulatory Compliance

Adhere to all SIRA and company security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
6. Reporting

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security operations. Document all incidents, inspections, and patrols in the logbook or digital system.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification: SIRA license (mandatory). First Aid / CPR certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience in UAE (residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors). Skills: Good command of English (spoken and written). Ability to send professional email updates. Strong observation and reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Working Conditions

Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night). Uniform: Provided by the company. Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
