Job Summary: Looking for a Security Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Manage access points, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure security measures are being adhered to and to promptly identify and address any breaches or vulnerabilities
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks, including notifying law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Assist in setting up and installing security equipment if necessary
• Monitor surveillance cameras continuously
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of security incidents, daily activities, as well as any irregularities
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, including fire safety procedures, to create a secure working environment for employees and visitors
• Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ years of experience working as a security officer, security guard or any related course
• Excellent observational and surveillance skills with a keen eye for detail
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
• Must be able to handle stressful and emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Must be familiar with security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Should be flexible to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, as well as holidays
