Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our supermarket, staff, and customers. The role involves monitoring store premises, preventing theft, handling security incidents, and assisting customers when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer & Staff Safety - Monitor store premises to prevent theft, disturbances, or unsafe situations. Theft Prevention - Identify and deter shoplifters, investigate suspicious behavior, and liaise with law enforcement if needed. CCTV Monitoring - Observe store activities through surveillance systems and report any irregularities. Access Control - Regulate entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Incident Handling - Respond to emergencies, provide assistance, and write incident reports. Patrolling - Conduct regular patrols around the supermarket, including aisles, storage areas, and parking lots. Customer Assistance - Help customers with safety concerns and provide guidance when necessary. Collaboration with Store Management - Work closely with store managers and employees to maintain a secure shopping environment.
Skills & Requirements:

Vigilance & Attention to Detail - Ability to quickly notice suspicious activities. Communication Skills - Ability to interact professionally with customers, staff, and law enforcement. Conflict Resolution - Ability to handle situations calmly and effectively. Experience & Training - Prior security experience is preferred.
