Job Summary: Looking for a Security Manager in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The jobholder will be required to supervise all the security operations for the organization, you will be required to develop and implement security protocols, procedures and policies

Job Qualifications and Experience

Must have a background in security management or a related field
Proven experience as a security manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices as well as technologies, including physical security, access control, incident response and risk management
Must be familiar with applicable laws, regulations as well as industry standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Outstanding experience using technical equipment such as CCTV, computers, printers, fax machines, etc
Strong knowledge and experience in emergency management and security planning
