Mission of the role :

Provide Security & Investigations advice and support for all DANONE employees and sites in Morocco as Security Manager and during a punctual event, etc...) to provide a safe and secure working environment.

Top responsibilities in this role : Under the GS leadership, your main missions are to : Develop, adapt, and implement Global Security policy, instructions, and standards throughout the Country ; Create and animate a security network for the Country (externally and internally) ; Animate and challenge Security coordinator and/or the Security Point of Contact in each plant / CBU ; Assist the Security Regional Officer in the development and implementation of Security & Investigation objectives and responsibilities ethically and effectively throughout the Country ; Pilot the Security Audit for each CBU and report the result to the Regional Security Officer or, by default, to the CSO Team at the Corporate level ; Provide security awareness briefings for employees and other security education material as appropriate including fraud prevention and pre-employment screening, and businesses travel protection ; Assist GS, HR, and/or Facility Leader for headquarters security if necessary ; Establish and maintain liaison with local intelligence, police, security, and other law enforcement agencies at the appropriate levels ; Undertake security investigations as required including security breaches, wide-ranging criminal acts against DANONE and members of staff, or matters of particular sensitivity ; Participate if necessary, in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis. Continuity Management (CCM) for the Cluster ; Work in the respect of compliance Danone rules, policy, and procedures ; Manage the associated projects and serve on cross-functional working groups ; Establish a security action plan and ensure its execution in coordination with the HR and country security manager ; Head of Safety at the headquarters. Key Attributes :

Fluent in French is mandatory. Arabic is required. English is required (Reading, speaking, writing). Excellent written & communication skills. Must maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and security. principles/equipment to ensure a high level of protection and security support is provided. Required to have a professional management background in security operations and possess a good working knowledge of security practices and systems. Or have a strong Operations and Supply Chain background. Competencies : Customer Focus, Decision making, Influencing, Leadership, Planning and Organizing, capabilities to work in a multicultural environment.
