Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Security Manager

to oversee all security operations, ensure compliance with UAE/SIRA regulations, and lead our security team to deliver professional and legally compliant security services across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards. Manage and supervise security staff, scheduling, deployments, and performance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure 24/7 availability and coordination with control rooms, clients, and law enforcement. Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

SIRA Licensing (Mandatory)

Must hold a

valid SIRA Security Manager License / Security Cadre Card

issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA). This includes: Emirates ID and valid UAE residency. Certificate of good conduct from Dubai Police addressed to SIRA. SIRA-approved Security Manager course completion certificate. Age within SIRA regulatory range (typically 25-60) for this cadre. Understand and ensure compliance with ongoing SIRA regulations, digital licensing, and audit requirements.

Education & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years

of security experience (private security operations).

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent command of security protocols, risk analysis, and emergency response. Clear communication (English required; Arabic a plus). Proficient in report writing and documentation.
