Job Overview
DVN Group is seeking a
SIRA-certified Security Manager
to manage security operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead security teams across assigned sites in Dubai.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily security operations across sites Ensure compliance with
SIRA regulations
and company policies Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel Implement security plans, SOPs, and emergency procedures Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Prepare reports and compliance documentation Coordinate with clients and relevant authoritiesRequirements
Valid SIRA Security Manager certification (required)
Experience in security operations or management Knowledge of Dubai security regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer and reporting skillsPreferred
Multi-site security management experience Experience in commercial or residential environments
