Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end security operations across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Lead, supervise, and motivate a large security workforce, including supervisors and security officers. Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and security evaluations to identify vulnerabilities. Liaise with clients, building management, and government authorities for smooth operational coordination. Prepare incident reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews. Train and mentor security staff to uphold service quality and safety standards. Manage rostering, deployment, discipline, and performance management. Oversee access control systems, CCTV operations, and other security-related technologies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in security management, preferably within facilities management, real estate, or large-scale operations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams. Solid understanding of UAE security regulations, SIRA/PSBD licensing requirements, and compliance procedures. Excellent communication, reporting, and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask, handle emergencies, and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree preferred; security certifications are an advantage.
