Security Manager

Location:

Dubai, UAE

1. Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesSecurity Operations Leadership

Oversee all security personnel across multiple client sites and ensure effective allocation of manpower and resources. Lead, mentor, and supervise security teams, ensuring high performance, discipline, and compliance with company and client standards. Ensure full shift coverage at all sites, proactively manage staff schedules, and report any attendance issues, late arrivals, or shortages.

Training & Compliance Management

Develop and deliver comprehensive security training programs to ensure staff are fully educated on security guidelines, protocols, and compliance requirements. Ensure teams are trained in evacuation procedures, emergency response, crisis management, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain alignment with UAE regulatory requirements and ensure continuous staff upskilling.

Security Systems & Infrastructure Oversight

Supervise the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV and security surveillance systems, ensuring full coverage of gates, entrances, exits, and critical areas. Oversee implementation and upkeep of physical security systems, access control, and operational security procedures.

Risk, Crisis & Incident Management

Manage the development and execution of security, evacuation, crisis management, and contingency plans. Provide leadership during incidents, ensuring timely escalation, response coordination, and documentation. Support on-ground teams with any security issues requiring managerial intervention.

Documentation, Reporting & Government Coordination

Monitor and review all security-related documentation, including reports, attendance logs, and compliance records. Communicate updates, guidelines, and letters issued by UAE government entities, especially when providing services at events or high-profile sites. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and clients.

2. Experience & QualificationsExperience

Minimum

8 years of experience

in security management or a supervisory role within the security services, facilities management, or similar industry. Proven experience in security training, emergency response, and handling large teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field). DPS/PSBD certification or equivalent UAE security licensing is an advantage.

4. Special Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
