Job Description
Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies to protect a company's assets and personnel.Risk management:
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate threats, theft, and vandalism.Team management:
Lead, manage, and train security personnel, overseeing their daily operations and performance.Incident response:
Coordinate responses to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies, often working with law enforcement and other emergency services.Surveillance and monitoring:
Oversee the use of security systems like CCTV and alarms, often from a central control room.Compliance and reporting:
Maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits.Qualifications and skills
Experience in police, security, or military roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Bachelor Degree attested from MOFA. Security Manager Certificate from SIRA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
