Security Manager
Job Description
Oversee all security operations: Manage security staff, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the safety of people and assets.
Policy and procedure development: Create, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with UAE laws and international best practices.
Team and training management: Lead, train, and develop security personnel, and coordinate with other departments on security matters.
Incident and emergency management: Respond to and manage security incidents, assist in emergency response, and coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency services.
Technology and systems management: Maintain and manage security technology, such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
Budget and reporting: Manage security budgets, monitor costs, and prepare reports on security events and incidents.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE A SIRA CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING
Must have 5-7 years of work experience on the same field
