Job Description

The Role

We are currently seeking a Security Manager for our client, a contracting company under an established developer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the security operations across all their project sites. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures. - Monitor and ensure security compliance across construction sites. - Conduct risk assessments and recommend security upgrades as necessary. - Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports. - Train and manage security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance and professionalism. - Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for permits, compliance, and emergency coordination. - Maintain surveillance systems and access control measures to safeguard company assets.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or contracting sector. - Prior experience in the military or police force will be a strong advantage. - Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response planning. - Familiarity with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and other regulatory frameworks in the UAE. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
