Job Summary
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations within an organization. You will develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage security procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and assets Supervise security staff and provide guidance on security protocols Conduct regular patrols to monitor and prevent unauthorized access or activities Respond to alarms and security incidents in a timely manner Review and assess security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Maintain surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems Train security personnel on emergency response procedures Handle conflicts and incidents effectively using conflict management skills Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage
Experience
Previous experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or related field preferred Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant training is a plus Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies Ability to militarize security operations when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
