Leader real estate company in Dubai looking for a security Manager, the applicant shall have work experience not less than 7 years in field of security, Military or police. Diploma or higher in any field
Job description:
Manage all watchmen and security staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of safety and cleanliness and their behavior while on duty.
Ensure the buildings are safe and secure.
Ensuring that cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
Evaluating watchmen and securities performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training.
Submit periodic reports to the top management on the progress of work.
