We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager with a valid SIRA license to join our team and oversee the daily functions of our security department. This role is integral to protecting property assets, employees, guests, and overall property security. Position Overview:
The Security Manager will manage security and loss prevention operations while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations. This role will involve implementing emergency procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the functionality of security equipment. The ideal candidate will prioritize guest and employee satisfaction while achieving operational budget goals. Education and Experience:

The Security Manager will manage security and loss prevention operations while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations. This role will involve implementing emergency procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the functionality of security equipment. The ideal candidate will prioritize guest and employee satisfaction while achieving operational budget goals. Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a related professional area; OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or a related major; 2 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a related professional area.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits.
- Develop and implement shutdown procedures for property security.
- Monitor CCTV equipment and other security systems.
- Oversee loss prevention operations, including patrols, emergency response, and investigations.
- Implement safety procedures and communicate their importance to staff.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation among team members.
- Meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the security team.
- Inspect and evaluate the performance of the loss prevention department.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems effectively.
- Develop liaisons with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Provide timely updates to executives and peers.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
