Align Staffing is looking for 14 Security Managers for one of our marquee client projects. (2-4 month contractual role). Responsibilities
Contract length: 3 months Salary: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- To recruit, train, and oversee security personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to fulfill their responsibilities. This includes supervising security supervisors, team leaders, and support staff.
- To organize and manage the deployment of security personnel across various areas of the event venue. This includes critical areas like entrances, exits, and emergency gates, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and high-profile events.
- To develop and maintain clear and comprehensive SOPs is crucial. These SOPs provide step-by-step instructions for security tasks, incident responses, and emergencies, ensuring consistent and effective security procedures.
- Implementing security protocols and access control procedures is essential for addressing various potential scenarios.
- To coordinate with emergency services like medical teams and fire departments to ensure rapid response during incidents and conducting drills to prepare for emergencies are key responsibilities.
- To establish and maintain communication channels with security teams, documenting all security incidents and responses, and providing post-event analysis for improvement are vital for effective security management. Regular debriefs with security teams help address emerging challenges and adapt strategies as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (security management, law enforcement, etc.).Proven 5 years experience in security management, preferably in high-profile events or diplomatic settings.
- Strong leadership & team management skills, interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in managing third-party agencies/ contractors and their service levels.
- Familiarity with international security standards and best practices.
