Job Description
Our company is looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead our team and maintain the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in security management in the UAE. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of all employees, clients, and assets
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Manage and train security personnel, ensuring they adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with local law enforcement and other relevant authorities
- Investigate any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and recommend and implement necessary upgrades
- At least 5 years of experience in security management in the UAE
- A bachelor\'s degree in security management or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security personnel
- Excellent knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
- Valid security certification and licenses
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
