Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire security team across hospital facilities and related premises.
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
Coordinate with hospital administration and government agencies to ensure compliance with local laws and healthcare regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.
Supervise access control, CCTV monitoring, fire safety systems, and incident reporting.
Manage gate passes, staff ID verification, and visitor control systems.
Train and evaluate security personnel to maintain professional standards.
Prepare regular reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Security Management, Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years
of total experience in security management.
At least 5 years
of experience in a
healthcare or hospital environment
.
Arabic speaking
with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with
Qatar laws and regulations
related to security operations preferred.
