Wood is currently looking for Security Lead - HSE to support our Projects business. Ma'aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and Ma'aden's 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA .


To ensure the security of personnel, assets, and operations at the construction site in compliance with Saudi regulations and client standards.



Develop and implement site security plans in line with HCIS and client requirements. Monitor access control, perimeter security, and surveillance systems. Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures. Coordinate with local authorities and client security teams. Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports. Train staff on security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Leave duration is based on the days of actual examination and must be applied for no less than fifteen days prior exam

One professional membership, registration, subscription, certification and/or license cost per annum for all active Wood employees. The membership must be relevant to the role you are currently employed in or be part of a development plan. Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence.

Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in site security, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects. Knowledge of HCIS regulations and Saudi security standards.

Skills:

Strong leadership and crisis management skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Familiarity with security systems and emergency planning.
