Job Description
Operate Fire Control Panel (FCP) & Main Control Panel (MCP) efficiently
Know emergency contact numbers of local authorities
Engage local authorities promptly during emergencies
Execute evacuation procedures in case of fire Handle Points of Distribution (POD) effectively
Proficient in written and spoken English Manage risk and threat situations competently Differentiate between accidents and incidents; write clear incident reports
Deliver exceptional customer service Understand and manage access points Conduct various types of patrolling efficiently
Handle furious visitors/residents calmly and professionally Make sound decisions promptly when required
Maintain high standards of personal grooming Follow proper lost and found reporting procedures.
Knowledge & Key Skills: Security procedures and protocols Vigilance and observation skills Communication skills Physical fitness for patrol duties Problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm under pressure To know the definition and role of SIRA Knowledge of fire extinguishers including FM 200
