JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure a safe environment through effective guarding, alert patrolling and ensuring strict access controls and monitoring of surveillance equipment. Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, residents and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner. Respond swiftly and appropriately to distress calls, panic alarms and emergency calls. In times of ambiguity, maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance. Collaborate with other security officers for effective security coverage. Patrol property on foot to ensure adequate surveillance and early warning of incidents. Ensure guests/vendors/visitors sign in on entry and exit and make them aware of the rules as specified by client. Investigate and take the appropriate lawful action as authorized by the government policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents. Control and monitor surveillance equipment and perform building and equipment inspections. Report and record suspicious activity to supervisor/site managers. Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers and direct heavy traffic as & when required. Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage and signatures of all involved stakeholders. Secure all doors, windows and exits, depending on shift. Prevent losses and damage to client property by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy & procedures and restraining trespassers.

Follow all EnMS procedures as per Inaya IMS Work towards improving energy efficiency and reducing Consumption Develop a mechanism to show energy savings YOY Increase awareness internally and at Client premises towards EnMS objectives

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
