Qualifications and Experience:
A highest level of security awareness.
Abilty to report to duty 24/7 on short notice.
Investigations and surveillance skills.
Be well groomed and presentable.
VVIP/VIP Protocol and cultural awareness.
A Military/Police/Aviation Security background.
Ability to communicate, read and write English.
Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements
We are looking for Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Skills / Job Requirements:
Responsible for the safety and security of residents, employees and establishment needs during shift.
Initiate appropriate action to improve a hazardous situation in a timely manner.
Be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment.
Maintain and operate the CCTV and security system.
Maintain a surveillance of those areas that are frequented by residents and their guest.
Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire hoses, water outlets and fire barriers and all other safety equipment.
Patrolling the property, assisting sick and injured residents, guest and employees.
Initiating and monitoring investigations and compiling property loss correspondence.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in the same capacity.
Candidate should be able to speak and understand English.
Must be a high school graduate or Diploma holder
Demonstrated experience as a security guard required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a minimum height of 5.7 inches and below 70 kilograms
Should be in a good working condition
Ability to speak good English.
