Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure the safety and security of company property, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring premises, and enforcing security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access at company gates, buildings, and restricted areas. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized activities or safety hazards. Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations promptly and appropriately. Check and verify the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises. Record daily activities and incidents in the security logbook or reporting system. Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to supervisors immediately. Assist in evacuation procedures and provide support during emergencies (e.g., fire, medical incidents). Ensure that surveillance systems (CCTV) are monitored regularly. Maintain professional conduct and a neat appearance at all times. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly to incidents. Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations. Integrity and professionalism. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements:

Valid security license. Basic first aid and fire safety training.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
