As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our properties, residents, and visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate security, strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of both commercial and residential properties.
Ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the premises.
Respond promptly to any incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, following company protocols.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and inspections.
Assist residents, tenants, and visitors with inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous service.
Collaborate with property management to identify and address any potential security risks or concerns.
Enforce building rules and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Manage access control, including checking IDs and issuing visitor passes.
Provide support during emergencies or evacuations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a security guard, ideally within real estate or property management settings (commercial and residential).
Fluent in
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
Excellent observation skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid security guard license (where required by local regulations).
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in security for high-rise buildings or luxury properties.
Basic knowledge of emergency first aid procedures.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and other security technology.
