Pioneer Cement Industries is hiring a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial or factory security and must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe behavior Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Enforce access control and safety policies within the premises Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports Cooperate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal departments as needed Ensure security equipment such as CCTV and alarm systems are operational Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or factory setting Fluency in Hindi, English, and Arabic is required Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Strong observational and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action during emergencies High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
