Security Guard
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and property. You will be a key member of our team, responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities: - Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences - Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred - Knowledge of security operations and procedures - Ability to operate detecting devices and emergency equipment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports - Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
